Can't change your Apple ID country
Apple can block the change for leftover balance, subscriptions, pre-orders, or Family Sharing. Store Switch cannot clear those. If you only wanted another storefront, you do not need to move the account.
Store Switch 不会更改你的 Apple ID 国家或地区。它用来打开另一个 App Store，查看评分、评论和排行。购买、订阅和账户国家仍由你的 Apple ID 决定。
先确认你要的是哪一件事
只想看另一个 App Store
不必把余额花到 0，也不必取消订阅。「国家/地区」是不是灰色，都不影响打开美区、日区或其他商店页面。这是 Store Switch 做的事。
要把账户改到新的国家
下面每一项都可能让按钮变灰，或让表单提交失败。处理它们只能走 Apple 的流程。Store Switch 帮不上。
准备事项来自 更改 Apple 账户国家或地区。本页按「为什么改不了」拆开，不是 Apple 官方文档。
1. Apple 账户余额不是 0
Apple 检查的是正好为零，不是「所剩不多」。一分钱也会挡住更改。余额不会转到新的商店，也不能退回银行卡。
按 Apple 的说明，先把余额花掉。如果低于一件商品的价格，需要联系 Apple 支持清零。Store Switch 看不到余额，也花不掉、退不回这笔钱。单独说明见 账户余额会挡住更改国家。
2. 仍有会挡住改区的订阅
先取消会阻止更改国家或地区的订阅，并等到当前周期结束。Apple One 或 iCloud+ 取消后，iCloud 储存空间会降到免费的 5 GB，直到你在新的国家重新订阅（若当地有售）。
Store Switch 不会取消订阅。设置里的订阅列表，和网页上的订阅页，有时会差几个小时，两处都看一下。
3. 预购、租借、季票或退款还在处理
未完成的预购、影片租借、季票、会员资格和退款，都会让这次更改挂起。预购可以取消。退款处理完之前，不要反复提交改区。
4. 家人共享
如果你在「家人共享」群组里，可能要先退出，才能更改国家。这是账户上的设置，不是 Store Switch 里的开关。
5. 新国家没有可用的付款方式
更改页面会要求该国家可用的付款方式和符合格式的账单地址。Store Switch 不会跳过这一步，也不会提供账单地址。不想填写付款方式时，Apple 公布的做法是：等到人已经在那个国家或地区，再在当地新建一个 Apple 账户。那是 第二个 Apple ID，不是浏览商店。
6. 其实只是想看另一个商店
很多人改不了国家，是因为一开始就不需要改。打开另一个排行榜、核对一支 App 在美区的评分，都不要求账户迁走。
用 Store Switch 选地区，打开那个商店。账户国家、余额和订阅都留在原地。相关对比见 如何更改 App Store 国家或地区。
仍然改不了时
再核对余额、订阅、未完成订单和家人共享。把账户改入或改出中国大陆，还可能涉及 iCloud 迁移，因为中国大陆的 iCloud 由云上贵州（GCBD）运营。迁移由 Apple 处理。账户仍然无法更改时，请联系 Apple 支持。

Confirm which job you actually need
You only want another App Store
You do not have to spend the balance to zero, and you do not have to cancel subscriptions. A grey Country/Region control does not stop you opening the US, Japan, or another storefront. That is what Store Switch does.
You need to move the account
Each item below can grey out the button or fail the form. Clearing them is Apple’s process. Store Switch cannot do it.
The preparation list comes from Change your Apple Account country or region. This page splits it by “why the change is stuck.” It is not an Apple document.
1. Apple Account balance is not zero
Apple checks for exactly zero, not “almost gone.” One cent still blocks the change. The balance does not move to the new store, and it does not refund to a card.
Apple’s instructions: spend it. If it is below the price of one item, contact Apple Support to clear it. Store Switch cannot see the balance, spend it, or refund it. The longer note is Apple Account balance can block a country change.
2. A subscription still blocks the change
Cancel subscriptions that prevent a country or region change, then wait until the current period ends. Canceling Apple One or iCloud+ drops iCloud storage to the free 5 GB plan until you subscribe again in the new country, if that plan is sold there.
Store Switch does not cancel subscriptions. The list in Settings and the list on the web can lag each other by a few hours, so check both.
3. A pre-order, rental, season pass, or refund is pending
Unfinished pre-orders, movie rentals, season passes, memberships, and refunds hold the change. A pre-order can be cancelled. Wait for a refund to finish before you try the country form again.
4. Family Sharing
If you are in a Family Sharing group, you may have to leave it before the country can change. That is an account setting, not a switch inside Store Switch.
5. No payment method for the new country
The change screen asks for a payment method and a billing address in the format that country uses. Store Switch does not skip that step, and it will not invent a billing address. Apple’s published alternative, if you do not want to enter a method, is to wait until you are in that country or region and create a new Apple Account there. That is a second Apple ID, not browsing a store.
6. You only wanted another storefront
Many blocked country changes start from a job that never needed one. Reading another chart, or checking an app’s US rating, does not require the account to move.
Pick a region in Store Switch and open that store. The account country, the balance, and the subscriptions stay put. The comparison is in How to change your App Store country or region.
If it is still blocked
Check the balance, subscriptions, pending orders, and Family Sharing again. Moving an account into or out of mainland China can also involve an iCloud transfer, because iCloud in mainland China is operated by GCBD (云上贵州). That transfer is Apple’s process. If the account still will not change, contact Apple Support.
Open the storefront on your iPhone
Store Switch is free on the App Store. Pick a region, open that store, and leave the Apple ID country where it is.
