用 Store Switch 能从其他国家的 App Store 购买吗？

为什么页面能打开，却买不了
商店页面、评分和排行可以按地区打开。结账走的是账户。Apple 用 Apple ID 上的国家，决定你从哪一家店扣款、能买哪些 App、用哪一种付款方式。
所以你可能在美区页面里看到一支 App，用中国大陆的 Apple ID 去买时，仍会回到国区结算，或看到「在你的国家或地区不可用」。这不是 Store Switch 故障，是账户国家还在原地。

No. Store Switch lets you read another country’s App Store. It does not move your Apple ID there, so it also does not let you check out at that store’s prices or catalog.
Why the page opens but the purchase does not
Storefront pages, ratings, and charts can open by region. Checkout follows the account. Apple uses the country on the Apple ID to decide which store charges you, which apps you can buy, and which payment methods apply.
You might see an app on the US page, then get charged on a mainland China account, or see “not available in your country or region.” That is not a Store Switch failure. The account country did not move.
If the goal is to buy from that store
That is an Apple ID country change, or a second Apple ID whose country is set there. Both are Apple’s processes, with conditions and side effects. Start with changing your Apple ID country and a second Apple ID.
If you only wanted ratings, reviews, and charts, you do not need to move the account, and you do not need to place an order.
