不会。Store Switch 只用来浏览其他地区的 App Store 内容，例如评分、评论和排行。购买、订阅和账号地区仍由你的 Apple 账户决定。

Store Switch 不会登录你的 Apple ID，也不会改「国家/地区」。它做的是打开另一个商店的页面。账户上的购买、订阅和付款方式都留在原地。
打开商店，和改账户，不是同一个开关
Apple 设置里的「国家/地区」改的是 Apple 账户。改完以后，你购买所用的 App Store 会变成新的国家。那是一次账户变更，有余额、订阅、付款方式等条件。
Store Switch 走的是另一条路：继续用现在的 Apple ID，打开美区、日区、港区或其他商店页面，查看那个店的评分、评论和排行。这不会把账户迁走。
购买仍跟账户走
就算你在 Store Switch 里打开了美国商店，用中国大陆或其他地区的 Apple ID 去买，仍会按账户所属商店结算。浏览另一个店，并不等于从那个店付款。

Short answer
Store Switch does not sign in to your Apple ID and does not change Country/Region. It opens another storefront. Purchases, subscriptions, and payment on the account stay where they are.
Opening a store is not an account change
The Country/Region control in Apple’s settings belongs to the Apple Account. After that change, the App Store you buy from becomes the new country. It is an account move, with conditions around balance, subscriptions, and payment.
Store Switch takes the other path: stay on the Apple ID you already use, open the US, Japan, Hong Kong, or another storefront, and read that store’s ratings, reviews, and charts. That does not move the account.
Purchases still follow the account
If you open the US store in Store Switch and then buy with a mainland China or other regional Apple ID, Apple still charges through the store attached to that account. Looking at another storefront is not buying from it.
If you do need to move the account, use How to change your Apple ID country. That is Apple’s process. Store Switch does not run it for you.
