The UAE store is priced in dirhams and is often called the Dubai store. Opening it does not move the account to the UAE, or to another Gulf country.

The UAE store, often called the Dubai store
The UAE App Store is the AE storefront, priced in UAE dirhams. People often call it the Dubai store, even though the storefront is the United Arab Emirates, not one city. Listings commonly mix Arabic and English.
Saudi Arabia is a different storefront. There is no combined Gulf App Store. Opening the UAE page does not move the account to Saudi Arabia or another neighbour.
Browse the UAE App Store
- Stay signed in to your current Apple ID.
- Choose the United Arab Emirates in Store Switch, or open the UAE store link.
- Read that store’s ratings, reviews, and charts. Purchases still follow the account you already use.
A UAE Apple ID is the account
A UAE Apple ID is an account set to the United Arab Emirates. Buying there needs a payment method Apple accepts in the UAE. That is a country change. Store Switch does not create the account.

Store Switch is free on the App Store. Pick a region, open that store, and leave the Apple ID country where it is.
