Open Settings in the app, choose Switch Pro, then review the price in Apple’s purchase confirmation.
Already purchased? Restore purchases
- Use the Apple Account that purchased Switch Pro.
- Open Settings in Store Switch.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
If you still see ads, email rowliny+storeswitch@gmail.com with your device, OS version and a description of the problem. Do not send your Apple ID password or payment details.
Refunds and billing
Apple processes payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to review purchases and request a refund. Apple determines eligibility. See Apple’s refund instructions.
