使用 Store Switch - Any Store Go（下称「本 App」）即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请不要使用本 App。
许可
我们授予你一项个人、不可转让、非独占的许可，供你在自己的 Apple 设备上使用本 App。你不得复制、转售、反向工程本 App，或将本 App 用于违法目的。
服务内容
本 App 帮助你浏览不同国家和地区的 App Store 页面，例如评分、评论和排行。App Store 内容由 Apple 提供，可能随时变化。本 App 不保证特定地区、应用或榜单信息始终可用。
账号与购买
本 App 不会更改你的 Apple ID 国家或付款方式。在 App Store 中的购买仍遵循你的 Apple ID 与 Apple 的条款。Switch Pro 是一次性内购，用于移除广告；价格、税务和退款由 Apple 处理。
广告
免费版本可能展示广告。购买 Switch Pro 后可移除广告。广告内容由第三方提供，我们不对其准确性负责。
免责声明
本 App 按「现状」提供。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不就适销性、特定用途适用性或准确性作出保证。因使用本 App 或依赖第三方商店信息而产生的损失，我们不承担责任。
责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任。与本 App 相关的总责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内就 Switch Pro 支付的金额（如有）。
终止
如果你违反本条款，我们可停止向你提供本 App。你也可以随时卸载本 App。
变更
我们可能更新本条款。更新后继续使用，即表示你接受修订后的条款。

By using Store Switch - Any Store Go (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
The service
The app helps you browse App Store pages in other countries and regions, including ratings, reviews, and rankings. App Store content is provided by Apple and can change. We do not guarantee that a given region, app, or chart will always be available.
Accounts and purchases
The app does not change your Apple ID country or payment method. Purchases in the App Store still follow your Apple ID and Apple’s terms. Switch Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads. Pricing, tax, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Ads
The free version may show ads. Buying Switch Pro removes ads. Ad content comes from third parties; we are not responsible for its accuracy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the app or from relying on third-party store information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Switch Pro in the previous 12 months, if any.
Termination
We may stop providing the app to you if you break these terms. You may delete the app at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
