Apple Account balance can block a country change
The balance has to be zero before Apple will change country. Store Switch does not spend or refund it. You also do not need to clear it just to look at another store.
Store Switch 不会更改你的 Apple ID 国家或地区。它用来打开另一个 App Store，查看评分、评论和排行。购买、订阅和账户国家仍由你的 Apple ID 决定。
余额挡住的是改账户，不是看商店
看另一个 App Store
账户里还有余额，也可以打开美区、日区或其他商店页面。不必先把余额花到 0。这是 Store Switch 做的事。
更改 Apple ID 国家
Apple 要求余额正好为 0。花不掉的几分钱也会让「国家/地区」完不成。Store Switch 花不掉这笔余额。
Apple 怎么规定
Apple 的说明要求：更改国家或地区之前，用完 Apple 账户余额。余额不会转到新的商店，也不能作为现金退回。
检查的是正好为零。不是「少于一块钱就可以」。礼品卡剩下的几分、退款打回来的零头，都会算进这笔余额。
余额在哪里看
在 iPhone 上打开「设置」，轻点你的姓名，再进入「媒体与购买项目」，即可看到账户余额。第三方 App 读不到这个数字。Store Switch 也不会去读，更不会要你的密码或验证码。
怎么把余额清到 0
- 在当前所属的 App Store 里，把余额花在 App、内购、音乐、影片或其他 Apple 会从账户余额扣款的项目上。
- 如果余额低于一件商品的价格，Apple 让你联系 Apple 支持把这笔余额清掉。
Store Switch 不会替你组合购买，也不会代你向 Apple 申请清零。清余额是账户操作，和打开另一个商店页面无关。
只想看另一个地区时
不必先处理余额。选一个地区，打开那个商店，查看评分、评论和排行。购买仍跟随你现在的 Apple ID 国家，余额也还在那个账户上。

Balance blocks an account move, not a storefront view
Look at another App Store
You can open the US, Japan, or another storefront with credit still on the account. You do not have to spend it to zero first. That is what Store Switch does.
Change Apple ID country
Apple requires the balance to be exactly zero. A few leftover cents still stop Country/Region. Store Switch cannot spend that balance.
What Apple requires
Apple’s instructions say to spend any remaining Apple Account balance before you change country or region. The balance does not move to the new store, and it does not come back as cash.
The check is exact zero, not “under a dollar.” Gift-card leftovers and refund change both count.
Where to read the balance
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases. Third-party apps do not receive this figure. Store Switch does not read it either, and it never asks for your password or a verification code.
How the balance reaches zero
- Spend it in the App Store that currently belongs to the account: apps, in-app purchases, music, movies, or other items Apple bills from store credit first.
- If the remainder is below the price of one item, Apple tells you to contact Apple Support to clear it.
Store Switch will not assemble a stack of purchases for you, and it will not file a clearance request with Apple. Spending the balance is an account task. It is separate from opening another storefront.
If you only wanted another region
Leave the balance where it is. Pick a region, open that store, and read ratings, reviews, and charts. Purchases still follow the Apple ID country you have now, and the credit stays on that account.

Open the storefront on your iPhone
Store Switch is free on the App Store. Pick a region, open that store, and leave the Apple ID country where it is.
