How to change your Apple ID country
Changing your Apple ID country — Apple now calls this the Apple Account country or region — takes purchases and payment with it. Looking at another store does not. Store Switch does not change your Apple ID country.

更改 Apple ID 国家，或只浏览商店
大家搜索时仍常用 Apple ID。Apple 现在把同一个账户称为 Apple 账户。更改它的国家或地区，会改掉你以后购买所用的商店。打开另一个商店页面则不会。国家会一直保持，直到你再次走完这套流程。它不是「临时看一眼另一个店」。
浏览另一个 App Store
打开那个国家的商店，查看评分、评论和排行。Apple ID 国家不变。这是 Store Switch 做的事。
更改 Apple ID 国家
先处理余额和会挡住改区的订阅，再在 Apple 的设置里操作。以后购买跟随新的国家。Store Switch 不会做这一步。
更改 Apple ID 国家实际会改变什么
- 你购买所用的 App Store 会变成新的国家或地区。
- Apple 会要求该国家可用的付款方式和账单地址。
- 订阅、剩余余额、家人共享和未完成的订单都可能挡住这次更改。
- 新商店不卖的 App、音乐、影片和图书可能无法继续使用。想留下的内容，先重新下载。
更改国家之前
下面是 更改 Apple 账户国家或地区 里的准备事项：
- 用完 Apple 账户余额。若余额低于一件商品的价格，请联系 Apple 支持清零。
- 取消会阻止更改国家或地区的订阅，并等到当前周期结束。
- 等待会员资格、预购、影片租借、季票和退款处理完成。预购可以取消。
- 如果在「家人共享」群组里，可能要先退出，才能更改国家。
- 准备好新国家可用的付款方式，除非你采用下一节里 Apple 给出的另一种做法。
- 重新下载仍想保留的 App、音乐、影片、电视节目和图书。
取消 Apple One 或 iCloud+ 后，iCloud 储存空间会降到免费的 5 GB，直到你在新的国家重新订阅（若该方案在当地有售）。
在 iPhone 上更改 Apple ID 国家
这些步骤对应 Apple 给 iPhone、iPad 和 Apple Vision Pro 的说明。
- 打开「设置」，轻点你的姓名。
- 轻点「媒体与购买项目」。如有需要，登录 Apple 账户。
- 轻点「国家/地区」。
- 选择新的国家或地区。
- 轻点「继续」。
- 阅读条款与条件，然后轻点「同意」。
- 选择付款方式，填写新的付款信息和账单地址，然后轻点「完成」。
在 Mac 上
- 打开「音乐」App 或「Apple TV」App。
- 在菜单栏的「账户」中选择「账户设置」。如有需要，先登录。
- 点按「国家/地区」，选择新的国家或地区，然后点按「继续」。
- 阅读条款，点按「同意」，填写付款方式和账单地址，然后点按「完成」。
在网页上
登录 account.apple.com，选择「个人信息」，再选择「国家/地区」，按屏幕提示完成。
没有付款方式时
更改页面会要求一个在新国家可用的付款方式。如果你不想填写，Apple 公布的做法是：等到人已经在那个国家或地区，再在当地新建一个 Apple 账户。Store Switch 不会跳过付款这一步，也不会创建 Apple 账户。本页不提供账单地址。
第二个 Apple ID 就是这样一个独立账户。它仍然是 Apple 账户上的决定，有自己的国家和购买记录。
不想丢失已购项目时
Apple 并不保证每次更改国家后，所有购买都还在。新商店不卖的项目可能无法继续使用，所以 Apple 让你先重新下载。无法转移的订阅必须取消，并在当前周期结束。Store Switch 不会更改你的 Apple ID 国家，因此也不会搬走或清掉这个账户上的购买。
有订阅时
先取消会挡住更改国家的订阅，再等到订阅周期结束。这些订阅仍在生效时，Apple 不会完成更改。取消 Apple One 或 iCloud+ 还会把 iCloud 空间降到 5 GB，直到你重新订阅。Store Switch 不会取消订阅。
有余额时
更改国家之前先用完 Apple 账户余额。如果余额低于一件商品的价格，需要 Apple 支持把它清掉。余额还在账户上时，更改无法完成。Store Switch 不会花掉或退回这笔余额。
改不了时
再核对余额、订阅、未完成订单和家人共享。逐项说明见 改不了 Apple ID 国家时。余额单独写在 账户余额会挡住更改国家。把账户改入或改出中国大陆，还可能涉及 iCloud 迁移，因为中国大陆的 iCloud 由云上贵州（GCBD）运营。迁移由 Apple 处理。Store Switch 不会迁移 iCloud。账户仍然无法更改时，请联系 Apple 支持。

Store Switch does not change your Apple ID country. It opens another App Store so you can read ratings, reviews, and charts. Purchases, subscriptions, and the account country still follow your Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID country, or only browse
Apple ID is the name people still search for. Apple’s current name for the same account is Apple Account. Changing its country or region moves the store you purchase from. Opening another storefront does not. The country stays in effect until you go through this process again. It is not a temporary view of another store.
Browse another App Store
Open that country’s store and read ratings, reviews, and charts. The Apple ID country stays put. This is what Store Switch does.
Change Apple ID country
Use Apple’s settings after the balance and blocking subscriptions are cleared. The store you buy from follows the new country. Store Switch does not do this.
What an Apple ID country change does
- The App Store you purchase from becomes the new country or region.
- Apple asks for a payment method and billing address it accepts for that country.
- Subscriptions, leftover balance, Family Sharing, and pending orders can block the change.
- Apps, music, movies, and books the new store does not sell can stop being available. Redownload what you still want first.
Before you change country
Apple’s checklist, from Change your Apple Account country or region:
- Spend any remaining Apple Account balance. If it is below the price of one item, contact Apple Support to clear it.
- Cancel subscriptions that block a country or region change, then wait until that period ends.
- Wait for memberships, pre-orders, movie rentals, season passes, and refunds to finish. A pre-order can be cancelled.
- If you are in a Family Sharing group, you may have to leave it before the country can change.
- Have a payment method ready for the new country, unless you use Apple’s alternative in the section below.
- Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books you still want.
Canceling Apple One or iCloud+ drops iCloud storage to the free 5 GB plan until you subscribe again in the new country, if that plan is sold there.
How to change Apple ID country on iPhone
These steps match Apple’s instructions for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Media & Purchases. Sign in to your Apple Account if asked.
- Tap Country/Region.
- Select the new country or region.
- Tap Continue.
- Review the Terms & Conditions, then tap Agree.
- Select a payment method, enter the new payment details and billing address, then tap Done.
On a Mac
- Open the Apple Music app or the Apple TV app.
- From the Account menu, choose Account Settings. Sign in if asked.
- Click Country/Region, select the new country or region, then click Continue.
- Review the terms, click Agree, then enter a payment method and billing address and click Done.
On the web
Sign in at account.apple.com, select Personal Information, then Country/Region, and follow the on-screen steps.
Without a payment method
The change screen asks for a payment method that works in the new country. Apple’s published alternative, if you do not want to enter one, is to wait until you are physically in that country or region and create a new Apple Account there. Store Switch does not remove the payment step, and it does not create an Apple Account. This page will not invent a billing address.
A second Apple ID is that separate account. It is still an Apple account decision, with its own country and purchases.
Without losing purchases
Apple does not promise that every purchase survives a country change. Items the new store does not sell can become unavailable, which is why Apple tells you to redownload them first. Subscriptions that cannot move have to be cancelled, and they end with the current period. Store Switch does not change your Apple ID country, so it also does not move or drop the purchases on that account.
With subscriptions
Cancel subscriptions that block the country change, then wait until the subscription period ends. Apple will not finish the change while one of those subscriptions is still active. Canceling Apple One or iCloud+ also reduces iCloud storage to 5 GB until you subscribe again. Store Switch does not cancel subscriptions.
With a balance
Spend the remaining Apple Account balance before you change country. If the balance is less than the price of a single item, Apple Support has to clear it. You cannot finish the change with that balance still on the account. Store Switch does not spend or refund the balance.
If the change is blocked
Check the balance, subscriptions, pending orders, and Family Sharing again. The item-by-item list is in Can't change your Apple ID country. Balance has its own page, Apple Account balance can block a country change. Moving an account into or out of mainland China can also involve an iCloud transfer, because iCloud in mainland China is operated by GCBD (云上贵州). That transfer is Apple’s process. Store Switch does not move iCloud. If the account still will not change, contact Apple Support.
If you only need another storefront
Changing country is the wrong tool for reading another chart. Use the App Store country and region guide, or start with a store such as Japan. Your Apple ID country stays where it is.
Open the storefront on your iPhone
Store Switch is free on the App Store. Pick a region, open that store, and leave the Apple ID country where it is.
